The accomodation was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything including the beach. Highly recommend!

A unique stay. The staff was kind and attentive. Merica was so helpful. A large family group came and stayed here - it was a unique and memorable experience.

This is a unique hotel with a unique setting. The hotel itself is located within an operating museum. The museum is on the lower floors and the rooms of the hotel are on the upper floors. The old historical part of town is located on a small peninsula that juts out from the mainland and that is where the hotel is located. The Piazza in front of the hotel is very lively at night and contains at least half a dozen restaurants and bars although we did not find noise to be an issue in any way. From this hotel it is a very comfortable 10 minute walk down to the beach where there is a complete list of services. It is also a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area which includes restaurants and bars and Gelato places and cocktail places and merchandise outlets and is very likely at night. In short it is a unique location but very near the beach and a very interesting place to stay.

We were traveling by car and we considered ourselves very fortunate to have found an excellent parking spot just a few steps away from the hotel. Having said that I did not see many parking spots so it could be an issue but it certainly was not an issue for us. We were there during a July heat wave and although the air conditioning in our room was excellent, the Old Town and the beach area certainly heat up because of all of the cobblestones.
