Great location

The bathroom had damp and mould growing on the walls , a serious health hazard and totally unacceptable. This was an expensive place to stay and the premium rates do not reflect a premium property - sadly.

Location was excellent. The property was quiet and away from the town centre noise. The air con was good to have. Large comfortable bed and bed linen. Really good hotel quality towels . Interactions with hotel reception were courteous, professional and friendly.

Welcome kit is a bit sparse - tea towel very small. Salt and pepper would have been a nice touch. A couple of easy chairs in the patio area would have greatly increased our enjoyment of sitting out in the cool parts of the day.

Le faltaron comodidades detalles de una casa que es lo que se busca al alquilar un departamento. No había toallas de más, o un paño para la cocina, un mantel para poner en la mesa

Muy bonito y bien ubicado

Un solo aire acondicionado dejaba una habitación bastante justa con el calor. Después ocurrió un incidente en el parking que reservamos y pagamos al llegar: un día en nuestro sitio había aparcado otro coche. Por esa razón utilizamos otro lugar. Por la mañana, nos encontramos con un señor que decía ser del hotel, muy mal educado que con su actitud desarrolló realmente un mal rato. Decía que no habíamos pagado el parking, cosa que no tiene sentido ya que era imposible tener la llave si no fuera así. No era amable. Insistía en que debíamos darle explicaciones pero no teníamos idea de quién era, no se identifico. Tuvimos que insistirle en que “si era del hotel” su deber era corroborar la información antes de hacer el show que hacía. Todo esto bajo el sol con calor, y con dos niños que esperaban por irnos. Al final se dio cuenta de que nosotros teníamos razón. Nos pidió disculpas, pero aún así por debajo de la mesa nos coló que si otros habían ocupado nuestro lugar, debíamos avisar al hotel. Pues yo les recomiendo que lo vigilen ustedes mismos y que hagan su trabajo mejor, ademas con personas menos desagradables. Las vacaciones no están para estar vigilando puestos de parking.

Bad smell in the apartment like recent paintworks or coating with chemicals. It really irritated our throats and was not nice. We informed the host -who was very friendly when we arrived-, but he had no other room available. At the same time, we did see free ones for the 2nd day but ok.. He mentioned the humidity in places like this because of the sea as a reason and offered air refreshener but that was not the reason here nor a solition. We did not experience bad air quality inside like this anywhere else on the coast.. Besides, the apartment was really cold and hard to heat up. When we arrived the shower was also cold because the boiler was not turned on. But biggest issue really was that smell. We do not complain easily but this was not okay.
