BAThe apartment is in a perfect location if you want to stay close to the city center. Everything important is within easy reach, which makes exploring the city very convenient. The apartment itself is clean, tidy, and well organized. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Heating is provided through air-conditioning system, but despite that, the apartment was pleasantly warm during this time of the year. The bed and pillows are comfortable. It might be useful to also provide basic toiletries such as hand wash shampoo. The host was extremely kind and responsive from the beginning. For any question or request, he replied quickly and was very helpful. Overall, communication with the host was excellent and highly professional.
The parking is located about 8 minutes away on Google Maps. If you have a lot of luggage, it takes some time to carry everything from the parking area to the apartment. Additionally, the parking requires leaving the car key. The parking area is quite crowded with many vehicles, so if you have a larger car or are not comfortable with tight parking spaces, it may be better to consider parking somewhere else instead of the parking offered with the accommodation.

DEEine super Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage im Herzen von Verona -Julia‘s Balkon ist gleich um die Ecke und die Arena 10 Minuten entfernt. Der überwachte Parkplatz ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Host antwortet schnell. Es war alles perfekt für einen Verona-Tripp!
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein - Bialetti und Toaster wären super gewesen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau!!

CHDie Unterkunft liegt extrem zentral und ist nachts trotzdem ruhig. Ebenfalls kann man das Auto fussläufig bewacht parkieren, was im Preis inkludiert ist. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, das fanden wir top. Die Terasse ist ebenfalls sehr schön und praktisch. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.
Die Küche ist eher mau eingerichtet. Für Frühstück und Apéro reichts aber.
