GBSuch a cute little property in a very quiet village but close to Bala for shops, pubs etc. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean.
GBLovely location and beautiful views to the rear. Beds and sofas really comfortable. Log burner fire place was fantastic. Kitchen is nice, bright and spacious with large window to look out on the views. House was nice and warm. Plenty of nice, clean white towels Good TV with netflix and good selection of dvds. Shower very good. Loads of coat hooks, very useful. Relaxing, peaceful and quiet. Overall appearance of cottage and interior is very pleasant. Lots of sheep to count. Single room window was good for star gazing on a clear night. The unobtrusive little notes around the house were helpful and appreciated.
Nothing to prevent us wanting to return and easily remedied. Hopefully of help to the owner: Some slight marks on a pillow and one of the fleece bed throws - most likely due to the cleaner missing details and not the owner who was very prompt and helpful with his replies. We could find only a bread knife to cut food with - not a big deal, a couple of serrated knives for preparing meat and veg for meals would be just fine. Again, may not be due to owner as things do go missing. A third chair or a fold up stool so 3 can sit at the table in kitchen would be good in addition to or instead the big corner one. Just preference though :)

The sofas were a little uncomfortable as we couldn't lay down on them properly due to the length and after a long day hiking we would have liked to be able to lay down.
GBVery cosy and cute cottage. Comfy beds with lovely clean pillow and mattress protectors, and good bed linen. Great shower and loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Great base for two friends who were walking in Snowdownia. Great communication from Martin. He was very understanding and helpful. Would 100% recommend this cottage.
Oven could have done with a little clean between guests.
