La atención de anfitrión fue muy buena. Elisabetta es una persona super atenta y de muy buen trato. Muy atenta en todo momento.

El olor se las habitaciones podría ser humedad o tabaco. El mobiliario de la cocina debería de renovarse.

Circa 1 km a piedi dal centro storico di Ortigia

La struttura non corrisponde alla descrizione. 1) Le camere si trovano al piano rialzato fronte muro e non certo fronte mare come descritto e lasciato intendere dalle foto. Ubicate nella borgata bassa di S. Lucia che non è assolutamente un contesto signorile come invece descritto. 2) Nel palazzo c’è una forte puzza di fogna che fuoriesce anche dal bagno in camera e che ci ha tenuti svegli tutta la notte. Al mattino ci bruciava la gola! Per fortuna mio marito è riuscito ad arginare la situazione con mezzi di fortuna e asciugamani bagnati sotto la porta del bagno. Alle nostre segnalazioni gli host si sono mostrati increduli per poi suggerirci di mettere del detersivo nel sifone della doccia. Al secondo sollecito ci è stato detto che probabilmente c’erano stati dei guasti alle fogne della borgata e quindi non dipendeva da loro. Soltanto al finire del secondo giorno ci hanno proposto di cambiare stanza perché effettivamente c’è un problema anche al sifone della doccia che, detto da loro andrebbe sostituito. Appena arrivati la moglie ci aveva ntrattenuto nei pressi della struttura mentre il marito era entrato in camera “ per sistemare la doccia”. Mi viene da pensare che fossero ben consapevoli del problema e ci abbiano soltanto presi in giro…

Posizione vicina ad Ortigia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Possibilità di parcheggio libero nei pressi della struttura. Host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.

Utrudniony (ale jednak był) dostęp do morza przez podwórze budynku (100 m) naprzeciwko. Niestety, na tyle krępujące i małe, że nie skorzystaliśmy z kąpieli ani razu mimo długiego pobytu.

It is a nice apartment, about 10-15 minutes walking to Isola di Ortigia. For us, parking was important for this trip, because we arrived by car. We were able to find free street parking right across from the apartment during our stay, which was very convenient for us. Also, we appreciate that the property is pet-friendly, because we had our dog along. As far as the unit itself, it is about the size of your average hotel room, and also included a small kitchen area. When we arrived, the owner and her family came to give us the keys personally, and show us around. They explained to us that on Saturdays, there is an open-air market very near to the house. We went to the market and it was nice. There is also a very nice bakery nearby, I believe it is called Santa Lucia.

The apartment was very clean and had a fantastic location. 10 minutes walking distance to the old town of Otigia. Great communication with the host and could easily find parking close by.

The apartment is on the ground floor and we found the passing cars a bit noisy in the evenings and early mornings.

Our host Elisabetta was great, showing us around the room and giving us tips on things in the local area. The accommodation was very good and we had a very comfortable stay and great sleep! Easy walking into Ortigia too.
