It's a lovely cottage to stay if you want to enjoy all the Counteyside has to offer without driving out. Even though we were only there for a night, my daughter got to drive the go-kart. Beka is an amazing host. She came round to make sure we had settled in nicely and even gave us pizza for dinner. I'm already planning to go again, this time we will spend a few more nights. I highly recommend this property.

It’s in a great location to visit family. It’s spacious, clean and impeccably presented. Beka goes out of her way to welcome her guests with a welcome selection of goodies in the kitchens. The bed linen is clean and crisp and the bathrooms are all lovely. Hot water plentiful and the house was cosy and warm when it was -5°C outside!

"Relaxing and stunning"

The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The owners go to a lot of trouble to make you comfortable and there are so many lovely touches, from an arts and crafts box for children, a box of games and lovely welcome gifts including home made brownies! The property was clean and had everything you could need. Stunning!!!

"Will book again for our next visit"

The house was in a perfect location to visit family in Norfolk & Suffolk. It is so quiet with plenty of birds visiting the sunny courtyard but close enough to Stradbroke & Fressingfield for restaurants. The furnishing was delightful throughout; it has 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds, either an adjacent bathroom or ensuite for each, a lovely light filled lounge and big kitchen/meals area. There is plenty of space internally and carparking for at least 3 cars. Plenty of crockery & dishes were provided and we had everything we needed for an overseas stay such as a hair-dryer & iron. I was very impressed to see an activity box for children which contained everything needed for at least 20 projects.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.
