"The facilities are nice but the management is not professional!"

The rooms are nice

The management screwed up my cleaning service request several times, and they always apply the delay trick when it comes to returning my deposits $$$ with lots of excuses. I had this bad experience last year. I thought they had improved and learned it from my critics last year, but NOT!
