It was close to browns beach so it was very easy to go. I liked the staff, they were very kind and nice to us. I wish them success.

"Not recommended if you are travelling with family but if you are solo then location wise its good."

the location was perfect. Right on the entrance of Negombo beach. Location cannot have been better

The description of room was totally wrong. I booked a villa with separate living room but I was denied access to that area by hotel staff. They provided only a small room which was not at all maintained. It was dirty, wooden fixtures broken and ceiling fan not working.

Hotel and facilities are maintained well. .Staff were good ,special mention to be made about Ms.Sewwandi and Mr.Sarath who were excellent and always ready to help guests in making their stay comfortable .Food was good and price reasonable. Property is located near to beach which is an added attraction.
