The property deco and security is brilliant

We booked because of the swimming pool, but we never used the pool because was never cleaned. We had to travel and pay to access the pool somewhere else every day. The gym lacked aircon and entertainment, the equipments were basic. The water run out of the apartment a few times, and we went sometimes with no shower or water to cook, clean, or flush toilets. We had to constantly buy bottled water and access toilets when we went somewhere else. The electricity also kept going out and we eat cold food and our chef was unable to provide the meal we needed. On our last day, electricity and water went off early morning and by time we checked out both electricity and water had not come back, so we left without shower or use of toilets. However, the staff you have on the ground are brilliant but unfortunately these issues are out of their hands. I would love to stay again only if I could be guaranteed of the issues which and health concern are addressed.

It exceeded my expectations- everything needed within walking distance added bonus with a restaurant at the front

The cleaner only attended twice in two weeks after been told they will come every 2 days

Inside the actual apartment is lovely

The location- its it’s located inside a residential estate with so many members of the public

The size and finish of the apartment is very well thought out.

Given the time of arrival, the local manager was difficult to contact and so I relied upon the host confirming the door access code. Not clear on where or how to dispose of rubbish within the communal area of the complex.

The place was so clean

This apartment is stylish and beautiful, well worth a visit if your staying in Kampala

Nothing in ten apartments but we had lots of power cuts while we were there, but this is normal in Uganda.

Lovely stay, very clean and new. The space is tidy and spacious and has everything you need for the stay. Manager was lovely.

Poor sound isolation. Can hear all the neighbors.
