Excellent location. Clean modern room and access to the building was easy.

The stairs are extremely steep, narrow and high. We had 16kg, medium size bags and husband could only just get them up to the top floor. So if you get the top floor room, be prepared. We also had to pay the city tax twice as host said booking.com payment wasn't counted.

Love the place in old town and within walking distance to the train station.

Bath/shower soap and shampoo were not provided.

The location is excellent, on a quieter street in the historic center. The furniture and decor are all of high quality and tasteful. I highly recommend it.

The only sin was not finding a bottle of water in the fridge. Especially in the summer, I think it's a very appreciated courtesy.

This was our first stop in Pulia and it was nice to stay in the old town. The location is good.

Where to begin? The person who looks after the guest house is slow to reply. Before coming we informed her that three of us were arriving separately from different countries and that there would be three separate check ins. She was unresponsive for days and failed to tell us that the key code for operating the entrance was broken and that there was only one card that was needed to turn on the lights and air-conditioning and get into the room. This made it impossible for us and although she told us that she could let my husband who had arrived ftom New York in remotely, he was left stranded in the dark for hours while we were out. Our phones did not work in the room, which is in a basement with no windows. The only natural light comes from an electronic levelor blind on the door, which also didn't work. The room cannot accommodate three people - when the sofa bed is open, the sink area is inaccessible and the open glass bathroom plan means zero privacy. No shampoo or body soap is provided, despite the advertised toiletries. Because it was so unpleasant to be here, we had to change our plans and leave Monopoli a day early. I was appreciative that the person in charge accommodated that, but she ought to have told us about the broken door mechanism in advance do that we could have had a chance to find a different place.

Fantastic location in heart of old Monopoli. Extremely clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Comfy Bed. Loved the terrace which was cool in the afternoon. Easy check in instructions. Highly recommend

Apartment was super clean, easy check in, right in the centre of monopoli but extremely peaceful, great communication with host, very well equipped, couldn't ask for more, amazing.

Fabulous studio on the doorstep of everything you want. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful and we had a room clean and fresh towels mid stay which was great this is our first visit but we are looking at dates to come again next year can’t recommend this super accommodation enough and the town is beautiful.
