Farley Avenue Turret & Lounge

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, great shower, very spacious and tastefully decorated with separate dining/lounge room from the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal if need be. Lovely welcoming hosts who make this a real home away from home.

Nothing at all. One of the best B&B's we have stayed in.

Lots of space and very comfy. Having separate living area and bedroom is a big plus for us. The bathroom.is also excellent. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Not a lot of work surface for cooking.

Very comfortable and quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. Very nice breakfast too.

Very friendly welcome and then left us to it which suits us. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The shower was amazing. Quiet area. Breakfast in the fridge. Eat walk to supermarket and eateries. Late checkout at 11. Thank you we had a lovely time and hopefully we will be back.

Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Greytown, the unit was well stocked, and nothing else was needed. King bed was very comfortable.Communication with Hosts was spot on, very responsive, and even checked in to make sure we were okay after earthquake. Thank you

The bed was very big and comfortable. The whole place was spacious, clean, and tidy. We loved our stay.

Breakfast was great and unexpected.

The very tiny "lounge" had a definite unpleasant smell, damp carpet, or similar. Whilst a small oven with two elements was provided (but not needed for us) it would be impossible to use as it is placed directly, almost touching the tv. The proprietors have big plans for change in July which will be great as the location is amazing, but as it stands you can hear all voices from the proprietors which meant we had to close the windows, on a very hot night. This is uncomfortable for us.

Very close to main street, comfy bed, excellent shower, nice light breakfast provisions, Sarah the owner was friendly and very helpful.
