Location, location, location!

This place just instantly felt like home. We had everything we needed all right there including books and board games. And wow!!! The location is beyond epic. Couple of steps out the gate and you have multiple options to eat out!! Annnnnd it had 2 secure under ground parkings this was a huge and awesome surprise

The sound does echo and it's quite loud on a Saturday night being right opposite a bar and boat club --- but thats only for a couple of hours and then things go back to being quiet and tranquil

Location and number of bedrooms met our expectations

Cleanliness was much below expectations. Dirty table and chairs on the balcony. Dust in the corners and on many surfaces in the rooms. Badly smelling dishwasher - not possible to use. Dryer in the washing room dirty with lumps of dust. We were given 3 sets of keys but none of them worked properly. We stayed in Napier many times before and were never disappointed with accommodation. We chose this one because of location and number of bedrooms - we had 2 kids with us and needed 2 bedrooms. This one looked perfect on the website and had good reviews. But turned to be very disappointing to us. We wrote to the owner and he thanked for letting them know. We hope they will take measures and other customers will be more lucky.
