Norfolk Nest 2 bedroom chalet new media wall

We liked the location of the property: near to clubhouse and arcades.

The property was dirty; dusty skirting and cobwebs across walls. The sofas throws were dirty and had dead bugs. Two bedroom property but only one room was made up due to the assumption as a couple and child we would share 1 room. The single bedroom had a bad smell. And the key was rusty and broke so maintenance were called. I requested the cleaner to come and re clean the property and make up the second bedroom. One throw was changed on the two sofas and the second bedrooms bedding was just left at the end of the bed. Very disappointing.

A great place to visit, close to everything, fantastic club house, great site, comfortable beds, the chalet had everything we needed, WiFi was an issue but the host did make us aware of this problem at check in, so not much tv watched, but we was out most of the stay so it didn’t bother the children too much.

Comfortable and homely. Excellent facilities on park - amusements and clubhouse. Lots of things to do nearby.

Main bedroom bed felt like it was broken (one side was a lot lower than the other) apart from that chalet had everything we needed, clean, comfortable the kids absolutely loved it !

It was not clean I had to wash my plate and cutlery before I could use them. There was no toilet paper or any towels

Generally ok. Parking is nearby with some grass. I will stay again, my husband won’t stay here. Inside decor is new and enough crocks and pans. Hot water and heating available. Kitchen towels available. Set low expectations then you’ll be fine here.

Poor communication re. Correct WiFi password. Towel is not provided . There were WiFi code on edge of tv and near the entrance , but owner failed to advise that he had changed to a new WiFi router. Not all beds were made , so can see blood stains on mattress protector. Windows are dirty.

Lovely little chalet, everything you could need, my 4 year old granddaughter loved it. Great location and the site club was brilliant to keep her entertained in the evening.

Nothing to dislike

It had everything you needed. Sofas and beds were really comfy.

There were a few cobwebs/spiders in the bedroom and bathroom that my daughter didn't like.

Lovely clean chalet, has everything needed, except for toilet roll but luckily we packed this. Also need to take your own towels!
