Downtown Apartment - THE VIEW

The location and cleanliness. The kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make a proper meal. The staff is SUPPER friendly and Helpful. Yes, i would come again with them

We checked in 15:30 because the flat was not ready. I did not have any problems with that. But we had a hard time to find the flat. Once we found it, the keys were difficult to open the door. It needs to be fixed.

We arrived to pick up keys from reception only to be informed on the spot that this apartment was not available as they had to sell the apartment since the owner of the building did not like tourists coming in and out. Very disappointing to find out on arrival as they were aware for 2 weeks before we arrived. They have given us free breakfast at nearby hotel and 'upgraded bigger' apartment which did not align with our expectations and the value we paid for it. We moved next day to a smaller one which was acceptable. Giving 3/10 just because reception team was really nice and tried to help us, we were just disappointed with the overall experience which could have been resolved by informing us in advance.

Spacious, lovely, location, amazing view and everything you need. We saw the northern lights all three nights from the balcony.

Light more light needed in living area/kitchen and key hard to use.

Big apartment

This is the second time we stayed at the apartment. The view is great, there‘s enough space for a family of four, it’s right in downtown Tromsø close to the restaurants and stores, it‘s clean and well-equipped.

You can’t park your car close to the property. Parking is at least 250 NOK a day.

The view is wonderful, a very spacious appartement ,very centrally located in the City of Tromsø. The issues we had with the appartement had been fixed the first day.

Great view of downtown Tromsø and the mountains. Spacious apartment, clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is just a short walk to all the downtown restaurants.

There is no elevator, which might be a problem if you are on the third floor.

The room is spacious. Lots of towels. Quiet.

False Advertising. We thought Norwegians are very honest people. 1. False advertising. There’s no washing machine 2. False advertising. There’s no toiletries only 1 small hand soap. 3. False advertising. Their gym facilities is using their sister’s company gym which is 1km away from the hotel. 4. This is a place where I feel that the owner does not really want to rent out. Aim is to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible. - No tissue box - No teaspoon - No toiletries (except 1 small hand wash). - No hangers - No microwave, only a small toaster - Their so call Netflix is asking you to sign up using your own account. - Wifi is slow once you're seated on the dining table. - Yet they’ve a full list of WHAT YOU SHOULD DO before you leave, IF NOT... I do not mind if you list your property honestly. It is upsetting as we would have stay somewhere else that has a washing machine and a gym in its own vicinity as we workout daily.

Good location. Excellent view.

1) No washing machine as advertised. We specifically booked the apartment on the basis that there was a washing machine in the apartment. The hotel staff kindly provided us with a key card to use the laundry facilities at a nearby hotel but this would have been a huge inconvenience for us and perhaps would have incurred extra cost to us. The manager knew about the lack of a washing machine from a previous review (posted early May 2024) and we feel that all customers booked to stay in this apartment should be contacted to let them know that there is no washing machine and let people decide if they want to continue to stay there. 2) Pungent smell in kitchen, possibly the drains. It was very over powering and not nice. 3) No blind in the second bedroom - it was placed on the window sill. 4) Two identical fridges! But no washing machine. 5) No blind or window covering on side window in living room which left the room overlooked. 6) It would have been helpful to know the actual apartment number. 7) Some of the fixtures looked tired and inadequate.
