Das Appartement war schön groß und sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Der Lärm am Wochenende ist nachts trotz Gehörschutz kaum auszuhalten. Die Besitzer haben einige Hähne im Hinterhof die bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden ordentlich Krach gemacht haben. Wir haben bei der Familie 2 Touren gebucht. Die erste war canyoning. Es war sehr überlaufen aber ok. Die 2. Tour mit Sardinien schwimmen war ne Katastrophe. Viel zu viele Touristen im Wasser, man wurde getreten und es war sehr rücksichtslos. Anbei hat man uns am Vorabend auf Nachfrage gesagt das man uns zum Schnorcheln fährt. Morgens haben wir dann erfahren das wir laufen sollen. Es war sehr regnerisch und wir waren darauf nicht vorbereitet bzgl rutschfesten Schuhwerk. Meine Freundin stürzte auf dem Weg dahin. Dies schien jedoch nicht groß zu interessieren. Man verlangte für diese überteuerte Tour 700 dann noch einmal 200 extra für flossen. Wir haben das Schnorcheln nach 10 min aufgrund der Menschenmassen abgebrochen.

The washroom door broke while we were there so my friend got stuck inside for a good 30 min. Had to call someone for help.

Very spacious and spotless. Perfect for family for a couple of friends travelling together. By far, our best stay on a 2-week long trip. Lovely hosts who are accommodating and helpful.

The apartment is very big and cosy. It is on the roof floor, so there is a beautiful view. A lot of windows ands space. The family with 3 kids was very nice and convenient. There was kitchen with dishes, glasses, mixer and hot pot. A big gallon of water was available.

The street is loud till night, you should remember it. But a lot of restaurants and bars are very close.

Excellent apartments for a family. We stayed for a week and really liked everything. I especially want to note the wonderful attitude of the owners towards guests. Jerry did everything to make the time spent in this location wonderful. The apartments show careful attention to detail. The children were delighted with the extra sleeping space "in the attic". We will definitely visit this place on our next trip. Best wishes Dmitry!

Due to a lack of good rooms in the area, I booked this room as a solo traveler. For sure there was enough space and beds to choose from, although the choice was quickly made, because there is only one bed with a soft quality mattress. Great 360° views from the area due to the many windows in all directions. WiFi was reasonable fast, usually around 50 - 60 Mbps, which is enough for most people, but as a digital nomad, I did spend most of my working time in the restaurant of the neighbors where the internet was between 100 - 180 Mbps.

Water pressure! I did mention this to the owner, so they know about it. And I hope they can modify this soon. There's no boost pump between the water barrel on top of the bathroom and the taps/shower. So the water pressure was way too low to take a shower with that. There was a bucket provided, but when I pay around 80 euro per night, I don't expect to take bucket showers. Bathroom is a bit small for this size of room, especially when families stay here. Price per night was a bit expensive, on monthly base it sounded very reasonable. I did book the room a couple of hours before I would move in, so I didn't give the owners a lot of time to prepare the room, but I would recommend them to clean the floor with water and soap before guests arrive, so not just sweeping the floor with a broom. If possible clean the windows as well, because the views are great and it's a lot nicer to see them through clean glass..

We came with our 7 month old baby for 5 nights. We were extremely impressed with the size of the property, which we thought was considerably larger than most of the typical hotel rooms in the area. The property was recently refurbished and is extremely clean. The customer service was excellent, very responsive in all areas. They even bought us a microwave upon request. The location is great, everything is walking distance.
