Our stay in Pescara was magical and this loft studio made it even more special with its homey feel. Perfect size for 2, clean & comfy, fully-equipped, super bright and central flat - it only took 3 minutes walk to the beach and few more to city centre! We absolutely loved it and will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

was beautiful inside with good location. slept really well and so did my young daughter. we Can’t talk highly about host Alessandro was really helpful.

nothing really but just parking was an issue due to only 60mins stay only outside property but Alessandro was kind to share information about the train station was only 5 mins away for long stay 2.5 euros per day.

Everything was perfect, clean apartment, close to town centre centre, utilities, quiet zone,brand new bathroom, kitchen, living room, oven ,washing machine, air conditioning.

You can't use in the same time washing machine, air conditioning ,boiler and oven ,you need to use them one by one otherwise the electricity it's going off and you need to switch on the electricity from the mai electricity panel.I didn't like the TV was too small for this kind of apartment and wasn't Smart TV.

Brand new apartment, close to the beach and a grocery shop. Quiet location. We stayed there one night only because of early morning flight. It´s 10 minutes to the airport. Comfortable mattress. We appreciate the roller blind.

Water tank is in the cupboard under the stairs and it start being noisy everytime the tap is turn on. During the night when one person is sleeping, it´s enoying. There was only one knife, too long. We didn´t find a cheese grater. That would be handy for preparing pasta. No reserved parking place for our car, places nearby were full, you park on the street where you find a place. Online check-in in advance was too time consuming.
