"Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you don't mind the bugs."

The location is excellent, situated next to the beach and markets. The apartment is spacious, with all the necessary amenities, including those for the beach. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.

The apartment is outdated, and the ACs in the bedrooms are very loud. There are cockroaches in the kitchen area.
