"Poor"

The location

One of the beds were broken, the couch was broken . The dstv did not work . The TV in the bedroom dstv did not work. There was no cooling systems ( aircon or fan ) in the the main bedroom . And I think the couch has bugs or something because myself and kids started breaking out in hives when we sat on the couch .

Good value, very comfortable

Would have been nice to be informed about the parking and 56 steps towards the unit. Can be a challange for disable people or elderly people.

Perfect location

There was dirt and dead insects around the microwave. There was what seemed to be blood in the fridge. There was dead insects scattered throughout the apartment. The toilet was constantly infested with ants to a point where we couldn't use the toilet. The beds seem to be old and aged and and very uncomfortable, not sure if the mattresses were broken. Hot water gets finished within a few minutes, not even enough for 2 people to shower. The agent who came to check on the hot water issue had an attitude and did not get a plumber, she said it was a long weekend and no plumbers were available. The stay was so bad that we ended up leaving 1 day earlier.

Good location, clean and neat

Geyser very small. Warm water hardly for 5 mins. Not enough for a family of four. Second bedroom en suite shower leaking a lot, most of the bedroom tiles were under water after a few minutes.

Stunning apartment with a great ground floor location. The furniture is too big for the spaces which makes the place very crowded to stay in comfortably. Everything else was lovely

Please do not advertise one parking garage. The garage allocated is full of old furniture and building materials. Space was too small for the furniture. It was very hard to move around and not bump something.

The view

The one shower in room with 2 single beds is leaking so everything you shower everything is wet. I would like if you leave cleaning stuff there for us to use to clean bathroom in-between I am a bit if of a hygiene freak.... I left you some detol bathroom cleanser maybe a good idea to keep some there in the cubert
