The location and free parking was the bonus. The owner did have a soft small ice chest to take out for the day and beach chairs.

The elevators were so slow and one was broken. There were four but always a line, sometimes with a 20 minute wait. It made it very difficult to run to your car and back and while we did the steps once, for security you can’t go up, only down. Also the kitchen was not fully stocked, no extra storage containers, pans, glasses. Literally bare minimum. We cooked the whole time and had to cook one thing at a time due to only one pan. And the microwave door didn’t open all the way. There was a broom but no dustpan. Cups were very small from the 70s. There were no extra towels, or wash cloths. So you have to use them the whole week, if they get soiled, you have to wash them and pay. We didn’t have a place to park while checking in and didn’t know to check in with security and then you need a parking pass to get in and out of garage, also a special key fob to unlock gate for access to elevators. So you don’t get those until entering unit after you check in and the elevators are so slow that all took over an hour and we had to make several trips trying to figure out how to get to elevators because we didn’t have the elevator fob. In addition we found out they rent spaces for a few hours to non guests. This created difficulty finding parking, or waiting in a long line there is no space for, while someone is checking in we can’t just go I. With our pass, which holds up traffic. Nobody gave us those instructions. There was no luggage cart. Security had one and held my ID until I brought back and was gone from their station so I had to wait 15 more minutes.

Excellent accommodation. Excellent location. Would highly recommend.

The elevators were slow and on our last day when we were checking out, we had to wait more than 30 minutes before we could get on the elevator as they were full all the time. Only 2 of the 4 elevators seemed to be working.
