Great location, clean and cozy apartment with a. beautiful view. We only stayed for one night but the space and the arrangement definitely allow for longer stays. Staff was super kind and always readily available to assist. Greatly recommended!

Very nice and friendly contact with Martina, access to the parking slot and building was super good, as Martina gave me detailed infos how to reach and enter the property. Easy self check-in. The apartment is very nice, you can see that the owner cares a lot, we even had a small basket with some toys for the kids, coffe tabs, some snacks & water. For us it was a perfect short stay in Livorno before catching the ferry to Corse!

One of the best apartment I have ever been. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone.

Cozy and very clean appartment. Great location both to visit Livorno or to take an early morning ferry from the port which is situated very close.

Did not expect much, but only needed a room to stay as it was raining and to cold to stay in the camping bus. Very surprised to receive such nice welcome and a small room, but clean and everything there what you need. The breakfast room and setting very friendly and attention to detail.

No negative comments to be made.
