4-Bedroom Comfort Apartment in the CityCenter F38

L appartement est grand, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Il est bien situé avec métro et tram tout proche. Très bien sécurisé. Bon contact avec le loueur.

Les couettes et les oreillés ont besoins d être nettoyés. Il serait bon de rajouter aussi quelques verres et de laisser un sèche cheveux à disposition. Plus de chaises aussi pour s assoir autour de la table car un banc est cassé. L appartement donne sur la rue, donc un peu de bruit la nuit

À proximité de tous les commerces

Veel kamers, veel ruimte en bijna elke kamer had een airco. Dat was geen overbodige luxe.

It was very spacious and good value for the money. It’s good located to reach all the places in the city. The beds are very big and it was comfortable to stay there with 4 persons.

It’s at a very busy street which is very loud all day and all night. But there is one room which is on the other side of the apartment and which is more quiet. It should be mentioned that the benches at the dining table are very unstable and partly broken so it’s not so comfortable to sit there together. Additionally, I was sent the wrong code to enter the building (which can happen) and then had trouble getting in the apartment door. To be fair, it was a problem of figuring out the right way to use the keys and codes but anyways the left me standing there about an hour, texting with the host about how to get in and there was not a possibility for anyone to get there in person and help me. He was very kind though and while I think it’s important to mention, that is a thing which may happen and doesn’t downgrade the apartment in a whole.

Appartamento centrale con 4 camere più o meno grandi e tutto quello che ci serviva. Lo terrò presente se ritornerò a Budapest.

Квартира була брудна та не доглянута: під ліжком були стіки від айкосу, купа пилюки і багато чого зламане, навіть один з стільчаків унітазу. При комунікації з господарем також не отримали потрібну допомогу, або для неї треба прям наполягати. Ми навіть просили просто принести нам вінник, бо обидва пилососи були поломанними. За 2 тижні власник цього не вирішив. І враховуючи окрему оплату за прибирання виникає забагато запитань щодо чистоти квартири

Ubytování nás mile překvapilo. Kuchyň byla hezky vybavená a to samé i koupelny. Jsme rádi, že koupelny byly dvě, jelikož jsme zde byli ubytovaní jako skupina šesti lidí. Plus byla i klimatizace v pokojích, kterou ve vedrech využijete. Okna jsou do hlavní ulice, takže spíše větrání během noci. Veliká výhoda tohoto ubytování je lokalita. Kousek je metro a i tramvaje. Zároveň se pár kroky dostanete k vodě. V ulici naproti je Aldi, takže nákupy zajištěny zde. Spokojenost a rozhodně doporučujeme!

Vytkli bychom maximálně dveře, které nešly zavírat a bylo obtížné s nimi zacházet.
