Pondera by Kozystay - Menteng

I was not checked into the property and did not stay there at all. I had a 36 hour travel from San Diego to Jakarta and when I arrived to the address they gave me around 10 pm nobody there knew anything about Pondera. It turned out that Kozystay had sent me a link on WhatsApp while I was on travel to check in online and pay a deposit. I could not open their link due to lack of WiFi during travel. I texted them when I arrived but they said I can only get their address and check in after I pay the deposit and fill out the paperwork online. They had no staff on duty and I couldn’t open their link without WiFi. We were very tired and we had to go to another hotel at the same address that was previously provided. I texted them to cancel. The reason I booked in advance using Booking.com was that I have easy check in with everything paid in advance but I had a very unpleasant experience after a long tiring trip instead. They should have sent me their link earlier before I travelled while I had WiFi at home not a day before arrival. I demand full refund for this booking.

Appartement propre bien équipé avec vue sur la ville.

L'appartement est sombre à cause des vitres teintées et est un peu petit pour 2 personnes. La climatisation fait un peu trop de bruit. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est bien.

Great localization, nice room with great view, netflix included. Everything worked fine. Pool and gym in the building are nice.
