The property is centrally located to everything or a short uber ride away. Spacious apartment and good security measures. However, There was a cockroach issue as they were in the air fryer and toaster. No spare set of towels or pool towels left to use. My bottle of wine was not left in the apartment either.

Melvyn is a kind, wonderful host, voluntarily coming to meet us in person and asking for feedback with the aim of improving and doing better. He had amazing touches to the flat - felt very homely - and loved the wine and KitKats on arrival. Even the extra touch of adding an airfryer shows Melvyn’s hospitality and strive to provide a comfortable, enjoyable stay! Pool at the place is great. Location is prime. Would stay here again for sure!

A beautiful and well decorated apartment in a fantastic and central location. It is well equipped and very clean. What made my stay really enjoyable was Melvyn’s great hospitality. It was Topnotch. Check-in was seamless. Melvyn was present on the day of my checkin to welcome me, and he shared some nice tips on restaurants and things to do around the area. He was flexible enough to allow me checkout late as well. I totally recommend this apartment. It’s great value for money

It was clean, the area was central, the host was so friendly and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The apartment had everything I needed and more and i really felt comfortable. I was so close to the shops and I really could not have asked ford for more! What an amazing experience.

There is nothing to not like

We really loved this apartment situated in the best location in Sea Point with a swimming pool in the building. On arrival we were welcomed at the 24/7 reception and guided to our apartment. We found the Pick n Pay supermarket next door to buy our groceries. The bed was super comfortable with best quality linen and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed, including an air fryer. The highlight was the host, Melvyn. From the time we were in contact with Melvyn to the moment he met us at the apartment he was helpful and gave us excellent information. Fresh fruit and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Everything has been thought of including fans in each room. The apartment is absolutely impeccable and extremely tastefully decorated. Just everything of the best! We enjoyed the free Netflix and comfortable sofa. Home from home and highly recommended!!!

The room's fan was perfect for keeping cool, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries and lush towels. We also relished the beautiful large swimming pool, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. For those seeking the pinnacle of comfort and hospitality, this is the place to be.
