We stayed at this property and overall the experience was very positive. The apartment is modern, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident from the moment we arrived. The outdoor area with jacuzzi and private courtyard is a real added value, ideal for moments of relaxation. The terrace, sometimes windy and not always sunny, was still enjoyable for us, while access to the sea involves rather steep steps that might not be convenient for everyone. That said, the overall quality of the property, the modern design of the spaces and the helpfulness of the hosts made our stay very relaxing. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and functional accommodation with great value for money, in a convenient location close to Benalmádena port and Torremolinos.

The property was lovely inside

It was not in a walking distance to pubs

Not alot really. No view, people can look over into your terrace so no privacy. Very windy terrace. Situated on a hill then ending with 100 steep steps from the beach/town direction. Supermarket 15 min walk but up the hill even more. Kettle was full of scale and was only a travel kettle

Hot tub was unusable. Dirty, very smelly and slimy. Someone came out to clean it on our last day! We were unable to use our terrace for the whole afternoon. No hot tub use at all and we had to stay in and wait for it to fill up as the hose pipe was going through the bathroom window and we needed to turn it off. Namaste were not helpful at all. This should not have been a problem as it should have been clean on our arrival! Very expensive stay without the facilities advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, located in a freshly constructed and modern building. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the massive private terrace, perfect for various activities, and even equipped with a hot tub (which we didn’t use but appreciated that it was fully functional). The apartment itself was very spacious, with separate bathrooms, making it ideal for a group or family. The kitchen was an absolute standout—easily one of the best-equipped kitchens we’ve encountered in our travels across multiple countries. It had everything we needed and more, which made cooking and dining in incredibly convenient. The attention to detail was impressive, and it really felt like a home away from home, as the host warmly suggested when we arrived. The location is generally good, with several grocery stores nearby—one just a 5-minute walk and two others about 12 minutes away. However, reaching the beach requires navigating some stairs, which might be challenging for those with reduced mobility. That said, there is an alternative, slightly longer route available. The building also features a community pool (open in summer), which is a nice addition, and there’s secure parking in the garage, accessed via a car elevator. We didn’t use it, but it’s great to have that option for those who need it. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of value and quality. We loved the space, the thoughtful amenities, and the comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The only minor downside was the sound insulation. Even with the windows closed, we could still hear some car noise from outside. It wasn’t too disruptive and didn’t significantly affect our stay, but for a modern apartment, we expected better soundproofing.

Clean with care for details with large patio where can relax and enjoy; great jacuzzi and great location .. very closed to the beach. Even if temporary closed , the property has a nice swimming pool and also a little swimming pool for kids
