Self contained room, en-suite with separate lockable front door, located in an exclusive area

Great value for money, very clean and well presented, had all the basics for a comfortable stay. Only needed to stay one night but would be happy to stay for longer.

The place was very clean and in a good location.

This was not private like other reviews have said. I'll list why. 1. The key could have easily been in a lock box on the side of the garage (like all apartment types), but I had to knock and wait for 10 minutes while someone answered and gave me the key. 2. They parked a car with a dash cam directly pointed into the window of the room. 3. There is a door between the house and the garage (the room) and the key hole is huge and the bed is directly opposite. Now the keyhole is blocked off with a bit of paper their side of the door but not the room side (huge red flag). 4. There is also a back door going to the garden which you don't have access too and there is nothing stopping them opening it at night. Once I left they did say I could have had they key to the back door but it was sketchy. I didn't even stay the evening, I left a couple of hours after checking in and I just wrote it off as a bad choice. There were a few minor issues that are easily fixed like the lighting as its very full on (you will need to take a lamp).

The bathroom and fittings , wifi connection perfect,
