ESBuena ubicación, no está en el centro pero muy cerca, zona tranquila, maravilloso que tenga opción a plaza de parking. Tuvimos un par de problemillas durante nuestra estancia, y la comunicación y solución a los problemas fueron rapidos
Cuando entramos en el apartamento, aunque nos habían dado vía libre para entrar el apartamento no estaba limpio de los inquilinos anteriores, dimos aviso y en seguida vinieron a limpiarlo, todo se solucionó rápido.
ESApartamento acogedor ideal para 2 o 3 personas. Bien situado, razonablemente bien equipado y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, muy importante.
La falta de un aspirador para limpiar más fácilmente y la luz automática del pasillo.
ESLa cocina-comedor es amplia y dispone de lo necesario. Hay un frigo grande, lo cual es útil si viajas para más días. También tiene lavadora y aire acondicionado. La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada. Además dispone de gel y champú de sobra, escoba y fregona, lo que en otros alojamientos no
La habitación no está bien climatizada y el aire del salón no llega a esta, por lo que en verano con el ventilador de techo no es suficiente.
ITBuona funzionalita’,il parcheggio sotto il palazzo,il silenzio….insomma tutto e’ andato per il meglio. Ringrazio soprattutto per la possibilità del check-in anticipato. Mi sento di consigliarlo.
Nulla da segnalare in particolare….forse solo le batterie del telecomando della tv e la mancanza di mollette per i panni.
ESESESThe location of the property is good and easy to drive to. Having the parking under the apartment is great. Good size apartment and nicely decorated. The main bedroom bed is very comfortable and the location is peapeaceful and quiet
The doors desperately need oil to stop them squeaking. The parking is expensive to say the spot is there anyway if you use or not. The hall light is on a sensor and goes off very easy which when someone is sleeping on the sofa bed it is disturbing during the night and should be able to turn off.

CZESLocation is very good. Then, being a duplex, is actually 2 apartments connected by stairs - both apartments being fully equipped and everything is new or almost new. They are not very large, but together there is enough space.
The stairs are a bit noisy, and a second pair of keys would be nice.
