"Would leave less that 1 star if I could, worst experience of a stay in 20 years"

After paying for the property you are then told to drive half a mile away and pick the key up from some local newsagent shop After arriving at the property I rang the host to let him know there was someone parked in our space, which he said that always happens and not to worry even tho the car in the correct space had a valid space number to be in it which seems strange (which I have photos of) when going in to the property to find there was no hot water rang again to tell him and he said he doesn't think he would be able to get someone out at night, so had to have cold showers. When leaving you are expected to drive half a mile again back to that shop and drop the key off again. since returning home we have received a parking fine for £60, I have rang again and he's said don't worry send him a pic of the letter and pics of the car in the space and he will sort it. After me chasing this up again he text back saying it was sorted, one week later I thought I better check to find its still active and increased to £100 Text twice more and got no response so tried ringing the next day for him for him to put the phone down on me twice. Iv had to pay the fine myself now Horrendous

"Terrible, not suitable to be let out. Apartment stunk of cannabis. Avoid."

Spacious

The property smelt of cannabis on arrival & the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. We ended up checking out after 5 minutes and finding alternative accommodation.

"I just want them to give my deposit back. very suspicious of the entire saga"

5.0

There was no mention on website the nightmare we will have to face to get entry to the properly. I was sent an email to fill a form. It stated it will make it easier if form filled before we got there. but there was no mention that till form is fill we will not get key- Or EVEN that we have to go to another shop off site to another NISA shop to get key- my friends had to come from Bristol and i was coming from Stafford. the nightmare we faced- went in circles . the owners aim was to get £200 deposit. Ok did the final bit of form once we reached there. then a code to finally issue to the NISA man- he then gives a key. ( that is once you find the shop. if you are on foot - you are done- absolutely done. then you go back to the property- kept looking for the property. they had not emptied the freezer . a bottle of lemonde was in freezer- when we got there the bottle burst and the freezer with the freezer compartment burst and all spillage - frozen was on the floor. I had to mop up everything - despite that it was all sticky despite that . the tiles in front of the bathroom are broken.
