Warm house on arrival. Heaps of room for our 3 generations to be under the same roof with space for all. Children loved having some toys /books and puzzles. The outdoor area was great to be able to keep an eye on busy children . Kitchen very well equipped with lots of extras to make it homely🌞 Two full bathrooms and two lounges .GREAT VIEW

Bathrooms a bit tired.

The views were spectacular. Easy walk into town. It was perfect for 2 families to share this house. The spa got well used too.

the spa was amazing there was space in each room and bathroom, the facilities were amazing and it was super warm. we got a couple visits from goats on the hill which was cool

the driveway is a bit of a struggle to get out off if you have a longer bigger vehicle like a van

"Fantastic location (more central than it looks), great living areas, great views and a private tub."

The location is great - it might seem on the outskirts but it is a quick walk into the heart of Queenstown and perfectly placed for a fast escape to Coronet Peak, Arrowtown or the main road out via Arrowtown. The living area is great (better than the pictures) and the fire is awesome.

The bedroom heater was a conundrum and the downstairs bathroom could also have used better heating and ventilation.
