Good location, big apartment. Clean.

A bit noise from the street. Mattress is old, you can feel the springs. The bad wasn't any good

- good location - good wifi - matches the photos - normal value for money

- the check-in instructions only contained the password to the door, which is very inconvenient and incorrect; the location is difficult to find; the entrance to the apartment is located inside the courtyard, the owner does not warn about this; the owner should inform the client in the description how to get the key, how to find the door, and so on; so that the guest does not look for the right door on an empty street at night; - hot water in the shower turns on only an hour after turning on the boiler, and it only lasts for 10 minutes; - very low ceilings; the entrance to the second floor is less than 150 cm; it is marked with a red tape, but this does not help at all; the light switch is located in front (!) of the entrance to the bedroom; that is, at night in the dark you will most likely hit your head if you decide to go downstairs; - rude staff; for example, when I asked whether it is necessary to sort the garbage, the administrator answered "Israel is not Germany"; - the cleaning could have been better, considering that they charge an extra 200 shekels for it; - and regarding the B2 visa: the owners do not provide instructions on how to check in until you pass through passport control; the description of the conditions does not say anything about this; I warned that I would arrive late at night, they told me that this was not a problem, but it turned out to be a problem. No one answered my messages, I found myself alone at the airport at night with no information about where I was going. Only after calling I could get the instructions. In addition, the owners require that they provide them with a B2 visa, even though citizens of some countries do not need one.

The hosts were very friendly. They accommodated me 3h before checking time, as I had an early flight. The place is well located, right in the heart of the German colony, just 2-3 mins distance from shopping Center, bus stop, trendy restaurants, and tourists attractions. The area is very safe. The Haifa Hashmona train station is just 2 mins walk. Wifi and cable TV were available in the unit. Basically everything you need for a nice holiday is just around you.

The bathroom sink was a bit too small, but it was no big deal. I would come back again.
