Pretty much all of it. The home was very nice. The views were great. Loved the location of the home. Loved that there was laundry soap so we could wash our beach stuff.

If the facilities of Mauna Kea and Hapuna resorts were included in the price of the original payment instead of getting another $1000+ charge.
