Blanco&Azul - Ocean View Balcony, Pool and Perfect Location

The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants, and the hustle and bustle of Las Americas—yet the apartment is situated in a quiet, residential building. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for the stay. There is also a well-maintained communal pool. It was a kind gesture from the host to leave a bottle of red wine. We had a late flight, and for a small fee, a late checkout was accommodated.

I would suggest some cosmetic upgrades to the property, which would make it perfect.

Apartment has a nice balcony with a view and sun all day and comfortable chairs. Good location for the promenade etc. The swimming pool area is excellent. Large pool and plenty of loungers, a largely quiet zone. Staff helpful and responsive via WhatsApp or Booking.Com. Good kitchen facilities within such as washing machine, dish washer, big fridge freezer, microwave and hob.

The hot water was brown so I didn’t have a warm shower all week as it seemed to be rust in the water, confirmed by the maintenance staff. This wasn’t fixed all week so no hot water! I arrived to a bin half full of rubbish, which was odd as the apartment was clean albeit it needs some TLC ie cracked floor tiles, rusty bath plug hole, broken flush button. Also it was nice that they had put out Christmas lights on the balcony but they didn’t work … There was also a leak from the bathroom sink which continued all week despite maintenance arriving to fix it… it was still leaking when I left (see photo). The apartment is good value but it needs proper maintenance and is quite noisy from the main road close by (easily resolved by wearing ear pods). TV is not smart so no app connection or watchable channels. Staff are tidying poolside every day so it’s nice around the pool.

Lovely location with lots of sun to enjoy either from the balcony or the pool area. Well located in a peaceful area but within walking distance. Felt like a lovely bolthole.

Very little could have been improved. My Google maps got the walking directions wrong from the bus station - it didn't take account for the paseo a little further on that you needed to go down to avoid the locked perimeter gates.

Very nice apartment. Perfect for a longer stay. There's everything you need. We are very pleased. We'll want to come back. 👍🤗👋🤗👍
