Sehr gute Lage, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung.

Der Balkon ist ziemlich schmutzig und daher nicht sonderlich einladend. Die Dusche extrem klein. Das Haus von außen und das Treppenhaus sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Lage und Ausblick sind sehr gut, trotz Hauptstraße vor dem Haus. Die hört man fast gar nicht in der Nacht. Bei Wellengang ist das Meer jedenfalls lauter.

Manche Küchenutensilien, z.B. die Bratpfanne, waren recht verschlissen. Der Staubsauger stinkt. Die Verdunkelung an den kleinen Fenstern war unzureichend ! Die Balkone könnten gepflegter sein, viele Spinnenweben..
