Entertainment passes are optional on Unity Beach and the costs are as follows Peak Season £11.00 per adult from 17 years of age per day 4-17 years £8.00 per child per day. 3 years and below are free. Off Peak season 17 years and above £10.00 per person per day 4-17 year olds £7.00 per child per day and 3 years and under are free. These can be pre booked prior to your holiday. When pre booking its for the entire of your stay and for each guest in your party.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Fantastic location—both on-site and in Brean overall. Very close to the beach and clubhouse, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed breakfast at the pub opposite, which overlooks the sea—absolutely perfect. The on-site facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked shop and three takeaways just a minute's walk away—all serving amazing food, freshly and quickly prepared. The caravan itself was the best we've ever stayed in—immaculately clean yet cosy, with all the comforts of home. The outdoor space was an incredible bonus: very spacious, with plenty of seating areas, and absolutely beautiful. We hope to stay again very soon. Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to enjoy your amazing holiday home—we absolutely loved it!
