Centrala nu dădea căldură, în "dormitorul" improvizat oricum nu avea calorifer, pânze de păianjen în baie, dormitor, am rămas și fără curent în dimineața următoare, și cred că era legat de apartament, pe holul blocului fiind curent. Răspunsul proprietarului când a venit vorba să facă ceva cu centrală, a fost că rezolvă ziuă următoare pe după amiază, dacă suntem de acord să intre în apartament. În condițiile în care noi aveam check-out oricum dimineață, deci nu avea niciun sens răspunsul primit. De asemenea, curgea și apă din centrală. Aparatele de aer condiționat erau pline efectiv de praf, le-am pornit pentru a da drumul la căldură.

There wasn't much to like, the beds were made and the couch was comfy, the fact that one of the bedrooms had a window to the Livingroom was interesting though.

There was a lack of heat in the whole apartment, and the door to the terrace from the kitchen was not fully closed, by the staff so I couldn't use the kitchen unless I was dressed for outside. In the Livingroom, the temperature did not change from 18.6°C even though I upped it on the thermostats and the 2 AC units, even after being on for 1 hour, did nothing to heat up the place, an electric radiator would have been nice to use. There was also no warm water at all, I had to wash a dirty and oily sauce pan in order to pour hot water from the electric kettle and use that to wash my face and hair. And although there was a sign to keep the noise down after 10PM, it seems that the other tenants in the building didn't have that rule, as any sound on the hallways or stairs could be verry easily heard from the bedroom. If you are in Bucharest for the US Embassy, I would not recommend this apartment.

Мы были в трех апартаментах этой компании. Вот именно эти апарты, на первом этаже (они называют это цокольный этаж) были очень холодными.

Вот эта квартира очень классная! Вид красивый из окон. Уютно.

Foarte spațios, curat , etc…

Frig, am folosit ambientul de pe perete însă temperatura nu a a reglat deloc. Este neplăcut când te cazezi cu un o copil de până în 3 ani. Am folosit aerul condiționat pe căldură însă nu a fost de ajuns .
