"Worrisome , poor service."

1.0

Its a genuine property . The facilities kept its commitment on sending the caretaker alternate days to provide the services around cleaning, the drinking water was provided when requested . The owner/manager was there at the accomodation when we arrived and helped us get into the room

I was there with my father(85 years old) for his medical checkups and had briefed the manager about the purpose quite in advance . Experience below 1. We arrived on 10th July close to 10:30 PM . As it was very late and my father, I was in a hurry to order the food and in amidst I had my first issue with the owner on payment . Could be an oversight on my end(apologies) as this was my first time staying in service apt however in all the conversations I had with owner (I had atleast 10-12 conversations before I reached ), I was never told abt the requirement abt paying upfront,if I had known would have drawn the cash from ATM enroute to hotel to avoid digital payment failure, as GPAY and phone pay didnt work as expected(probably as I dont stay in India) and the owner /manager was there witnessing all, I requested if I cld delay until next day but he told me tht wasnt possible and at almost 11:30 PM he wanted me to go out, figure out an ATM and draw the cash (the neighbourhood is lonely at night with no ATMS around for atleast 1 KM or more) or leave , after several tries I could add him as a receipient in my ICICI netbanking and completed the payment at around 12 midnight . If the owner doesnt have the sympathy to understand the plight of a customer than he should be categorical abt explaining these terms esp as we had several talks and also keep a card machine. 2. The main door lock is faulty and after first couple of days stopped working and was shown to the facility manager, I bought a lock to compensate for this. 3. Third day into my stay, I left my father resting post lunch and went out to Manipal for collecting his radiologie reports, after coming back , nothing was touched in the room but the balcony broom went missing, its not about broom but abt safety when a broom goes missing in a well covered 5th floor balcony and found in the ground floor, the facility than installed cameras. 4.
