The pickup and drop off for the keys was for us a bit inconvenient as it is a 10 minute walk.

Collecting the access key is at another location.During a trip, we have walk all the way with our luggage to one location to collect keys and then again walk another 14 mins to another location is not comfortable. If the key collection location can be moved near to the flat, that would be great.

Es wurden drei elektronische Schlüssel übergeben. Diese verursachten Missverständnisse, weil zwei schwarze Schlüssel (auf Grund zufälligen Funktionierens) den Eindruck machen, zum Öffnen geeignet zu sein (einer hatte sogar ein WLAN Zeichen drauf). Der dritte sah aus wie ein blaues dünnes Namensschild aus Plastik ohne Funktion. Dies führte dazu, dass es uns des Nachts nicht gelang, ins Haus zu kommen. Aber Julia hat geduldig geholfen und das Missverständnis aufgeklärt.
