Host was friendly, responsive, tidy and well organised.

No table to eat dinner front door didn’t open all the way apart from that okay

It was a digital code but the email for the pin was not sent until I checked out. I had to call someone to call the host. In the end I’m still over charged, which I’m going to dispute

The bathroom was okay, the room was over heated, couldn’t close door overnight

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. I really liked the cleanliness of the kitchen. The bus stop to get to (from) the airport or Hatton Cross station is really close. And there is Sainsbury's there as well. The checking-in with all the codes sent beforehand was impeccable.

The shower looks really old and not so clean. A tiny individual roll of toilet paper for the room is a bit ridiculous (if you forget it in the room there is nothing to use in the bathroom). It'd have been very hard to get the baggage to the room because of the starirs. Other guests and myself have left it in the living room. It'd be great to have a locker downstairs for that purpose so that the guests wouldn't have to worry about their suitcases. I stayed there on a Saturday night. At around 4 am there were some drunk men across the street shouting and banging on the door and moving around the bins. Might be the week-end. Also guests (or residents?) in another room were watching sth and talking untill quite late at night. It wasn't super loud but still quite annoying.
