Cosy Bedroom 12mins to Airport Prudential NJIT UMDJ Penn Station

I didn't stay here. I arrived and the location was filthy. I called the number posted on the door to say I would not be staying here and wanted my money returned. I have not been able to make contact with the host again (they do not respond to email or answer phone calls) and not received my money back.

Llegamos a este lugar y el barrio se veía muy inseguro, tuvimos que entrar por un callejón pero no abría la puerta con el código que la señora nos dio, la estuve llamando hasta que me contestó hasta la 5ta vez, entramos y el unico que había disponible cuarto estaba muy sucio, le dije a la señora y me mandó a otra propiedad que quedaba a 20 mins , por lo menos ese estaba limpio y esa ubicación estaba mejor

Tried to check in from 2pm to 11pm, but couldn't (host gave wrong code). Called and messaged host many times without any reply. Had to leave around. mid night.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our 1 night stay in Newark. The host was very quick to respond to messages. There was plenty of free street parking available.

It would have been even better if there was space to park closer to the location. We had to walk for a couple of minutes between where we parked and the building.

Within reasonable access to transportation hub.

Host did not provide access to WiFi even though I repeatedly requested it. I also had to ask for towels repeatedly (even though reservation indicated towels were included). Shared bathroom did not appear to go through routine cleaning.
