"I do not recommend it."

The house is pleasant and comfortable for the family.

I believe that, before any reservation is made, it is necessary to specify the conditions of the rental property. It was only *after* I had completed the payment for the reservation that I received a message via the app outlining the rules to be followed. What that rule failed to specify was that the neighbors in that house would call the police on you after 9 p.m. for disturbing the peace. The children were in the pool, and—as it turned out—when the police arrived, they informed us that this wasn't allowed; in other words, the neighbors are accustomed to doing exactly that. The police gave me a $250 ticket—without a warning or anything. I paid money for that rental, and it wasn't worth it.

"Perfect weekend getaway"

Host is extremely nice and attentive. The home is in a very beautiful location in Marco Island and has everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. We were a group of 9 adults and everyone was happy with the accomodations. I would love to return to this home.

There wasn't anything that we did not like.
