Consigliato! Posizione ottima. Ci siamo trovati molto bene durante la nostra vacanza, il signor Lorenzo é stato molto gentile, ci ha dato dei consigli su quali spiagge visitare, dove fermarci per cena , sui vari luoghi d’interesse ecc…! Location pulita, stanza piccola ma molto comoda,appartamento fornito di tutti i servizi base, lavatrice, aria condizionata,asciugacapelli, salviettine per struccarsi, posto auto ecc…! Da premiare sicuramente é la sua disponibilità, e l’amore che mette in ciò che fa! Nel nostro prossimo viaggio in Sardegna faremo sicuramente tappa lì e speriamo allora di poter godere anche dell’area esterna che purtroppo era soggetta a qualche lavoro di ripristino. Posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge della zona, struttura molto pulita, bagno fornito di tutto. La vera differenza la fa Lorenzo, che mette a disposizione tutto il necessario e anche di più ed é sempre disponibile per fornire consigli. Veramente consigliato!

The room is spacious and beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure. The ocean views are beautiful from the balcony. The host Lorenzo was great. He is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Lorenzo is a great host. Very interesting person, always ready to help, reactive. Comfortable place, large room and bathroom, common space and terrace, quiet street. The view on Cagliari, Poetto and the bay is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

Sincerely, everything was perfect. I would like to find a place and a host like that everywhere I'm travelling to.
