AUThere was no lift and we had to carry out suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Communication regarding the carpark not good.

GBThe access procedure and parking arrangements were fine.The flat is spotless and everything is in first class condition. It is spacious, cosy, smells lovely and with everything anyone could need on holiday, and more. We travel a lot, always to good quality accommodation, and this is the first tme I've ever slept in a bed without feeling the need to firstly strip back the bedding to check it. There is plenty of space for 4 people to share in comfort. The location is amazing. The views are really interesting and changing the whole time and the street and surroundings were surprisingly quiet and peaceful when we were there.
The stairs! We knew there were 3 flights before we booked but underestimated the stubbornness and weight of our elderly dog who refused to walk up them and had to be carried up several times a day although she ran down them ok. We too are elderly and not particularly fit. But for most reasonably fit people ( especially without a dog to carry) they wouldn't be an issue.
USWhat a convenient location. Literally right next to the town and ferry. Parking was also convenient as well.
Parking spot was tight but still grateful to have it.

Nothing to dislike but would have had maybe 2 settees in the lounge rather than the smallish one and a chair. I would have had the main one facing the window with the fabulous view rather than facing a wall
GBLocation was central good for walking to town. View from front window looked out on ferry terminal. Cal Mac ferry decked out in Xmas lights very festive.
More stairs than I expected, not good if you are not fit. Should have asked question of owner but didn’t.
GBA really well equipped apartment situated 2 mins from the harbour / train station and no more than a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
GBIt was spacious, perfect location and beds were very comfortable.
There was nothing we didn’t like although the stairs… we knew it was on 3rd floor though and definitely came home fitter after going up/down the stairs. Wouldn’t put me off going back.
