Charming 2 Bedroom Apartment at Iconic Triana neighborhood by OCityzen

Great location, and the host was very communicative, sent us a free PDF guide.

A great place in Sevilla in a very quiet and nice street, it is close to the city center and all the important landmarks are within walking distance. The host is great and responsive.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Rafael was very helpful and friendly although we never actually met him, quick to respond by WhatsApp. The kitchen was well equipped but very small. Beds and sofa in living room are all comfortable and some rooms have heaters for cold evenings.

The smell in the entrance and stairwell was unpleasant, bad drains maybe? (not the apartment) The kitchen is much smaller than it looks and there is no room for preparing food. The table and chair/stools are unstable and dangerous use with caution. No privacy in the bathroom as metal shutters don't work and one shutter in the bedroom didn't work so unable to shut out the light. Bring earplugs as there is noise from the street at night.

Please replace the table and the two stools. Dangerously unstable.

Perfect location and incredible customer service. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Special thanks to Rafael who did a fantastic job as host from the minute I made the reservation.

It is smaller than it looks in the picture online, but that is the case with all vacation properties. I can’t think of another single negative thing to say.

Lovely little flat in the iconic Triana neighbourhood, central and easy to get around. It’s an old residential area so it’s loud at the weekends, bring earplugs.

Clean, quiet, modern, good water pressure in the shower.

Not enough hot water for 3 family members to take consecutive showers.

The aparment was smaller than we expected. Also beds are quite small for adults.
