Las vistas a la ciudad son espectaculares

The location is amazing, with a view over the river to the cathedral. There are cafes and restaurants in front, free street parking if you are lucky (if not there is a public underground garage 5 mins walk, 26eur 24hrs). Huge terrace. Well equipped. Clean. The bed is for couples, sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Accomodation is on the top floor, there is no elevator.

The smells from pipes are unbearable if you close the windows.

Me gusta cargar el tlf en la mesita de noche y no se pueden enchufar lamparita y movil, hay que elegir. El toldo de la terraza estaba roto y no se podía gozar de buena sombra No había nada de cortesía en la cocina o nevera para bienvenida las toallas de ducha son chicas para mí, mido 1,90.

Location was amazing. The view, restaurants, neighborhood, historical attractionsa dn view cannot be beat. We loved amking tapas with wine on the tarrace.

Things could be upgraded to be better quality. The host fixed several things quickly, but maybe things shouldn't be broken.

The apartment is magnificent, artfully arranged on the top floor of a tenement building. It's not fancy or filled with new furniture, but it has soul and a wonderful atmosphere, created, among other things, by the inventive and charming decorations. Its greatest asset is the stunning terrace with its wonderful views. A major plus is that much of the terrace is shaded during the hottest hours of the day.

Wonderful, quiet location within walking distance to excellent restaurants and attractions. The hosts were so kind and responsive and let us store our belongings for the day of check out.

The panoramic view of the river and historical centre alone are enough to warrant this property 5 stars. Perfect location for exploring all that triana has to offer and only a short walk across the river to the historical centre. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs, the bed was comfortable and a good hot shower. When we arrived at 3:00 pm the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guest however the property manager was very responsive when I alerted them via WhatsApp. The cleaning team was there within 30 minutes and all was good from that point forward. This apartment is suitable for one couple as the futon in the living room needs upgraded.
