Customer services for this property were disappointing - advertised as free parking but you have to source this yourself and when chose secure parking - this was questioned- ideal property if you are travelling via public transport. We travelled with our children and used the swimming pool downstairs and used the towels - only to be informed after checkout that we used extra towels and £25 out of our £300 deposit is being held back. No mention of limited linen and towel usage. We have never had this issue at any property before.

The views were amazing, central to the station and into Piccadilly. The private bathrooms were exceptional.Pool table was a nice touch.

One of pool cues didn't have a tip. Saying that I can't fault the apartment.

To get the keys had to go on a train platform- the description was not clear it was on platform. To have an early check in (by a few hours) or ability to drop bags - had additional charges. Travelling internationally this is a HUGE negative. Was not able to use pool - disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful .. insane views especially at night when the city is lit up … the spa is just amazing it’s tranquility and all including in the cost .
