The house is large and cozy and the location is also fine.

There wasn’t enough heating, and the toilet and shower only worked partially. There was also no sponge to wash the dishes. We asked the staff to take care of these issues, but nothing was done. They asked us to send pictures, but we had no way to do so, and after that, they ignored the problem

The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. It was walking distance from the town and the beach. You could see the ocean from the balcony. We loved it!

The only negative is that the non-primary king bed was quite uncomfortable.

Actually a nice Apartment …

… but the central heating was not functioning. We only had a very small portable radiator. We froze 4 days. Our repeated requests for a further radiator were unsucessful. Service and communication could be better. Therefore only 5 points.

We stayed in the very nice 3-bedroom apartment. It’s a spacious place and comfortable enough to spend more than two weeks. The couch was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the apartment was bright and light. The location was good too—not too far of a walk into town or to the beach—and there are large supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plenty of tools and utensils.

This property needs significant improvement in both cleanliness and customer service. One of the bathrooms had a considerable amount of black mold. Since we were only two people, we used the second bathroom, so it wasn’t a major issue for us but it could be a real problem for larger groups. When we sent photos to the property to report the issue, the only response we received was “thank you for the feedback.” After clarifying that it was a complaint, the reply was simply “sorry.” The kitchen stovetop was not cleaned at all, and parts of the kitchen were broken. When we informed them, they offered to send a cleaning crew, but after we explained that we had already cleaned it ourselves, they responded with a ROFL 😂 emoji. CAN YOU IMAGINE? Extremely unprofessional. The sound insulation also seems poor, as we could clearly hear regular sounds from the upstairs apartment, including talking and their TV, especially in one of the bedrooms (the one with the 2 single beds) The door needs some oiling since it was hard to open sometimes. I would have given them a better score, but these issues show they still have some work to do. Hope they do something about these issues.
