"Mooi appartement op een leuke locatie"

Groot, mooi en schoon appartement. Alles keurig verzorgd. Heerlijk rustig en op loopafstand leuke terassen en restaurants.

Klein balkon met alleen ochtendzon. Maar de terassen in de omgeving compenseren dat weer

"Tolle Wohnung zum Besuch von Cádiz und Jerez de la Frontera"

Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe haben hervorragend geklappt. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Balkon hat länger keinen Besen gesehen. Parken hat gut geklappt und war problemlos. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Restaurants und Lokale. Hervorragend essen und sitzen kann man im Crabby`s Coastfood an der tollen Strandpromenade. Der Besuch von Cardiz geht einfach mit der Fähre vom Anleger in der Stadt mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Der Besuch bei Osborne ist super und die Verkostung ist sehr gut. Am sehr schönen Strand ( 2 min zu Fuß ) kommen Abends einige Mücken vorbei. Zum Besuchen von Cardiz und Jerez de la Frontera ist die Wohnung super geeignet.

Der Supermarkt ( 3 Häuser weiter ) öffnet erst um 09:30 hat aber auch Brot, Hörnchen und frische Sachen.

Świetna lokalizacja

W kuchni brak czegokolwiek oprócz naczyń i garnków. Niezbyt czysto (kuchnia). Poza tym ok.

Appartement très vaste, propre, très bien équipé, avec vue directe sur le port, parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble, 2 salles de bains, 3 chambres, à environ 30 minutes en voiture de Cadix, possibilité d'aller à Cadix en bateau, personnel réactif et arrangeant, serrure électronique très pratique, belle plage de sable à 10 minutes à pieds, nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité...Bref, c'était quasiment parfait !

L'isolation phonique de la dalle laisse passer les bruits des voisins du dessus.

Creo que hay que actualizar los baños. Y sobre todo, poner mamparas y no cortinas!
