Out of hand wash in the bathroom - needed topping up towards the end. Only a minor point.
GBIt was clean and has good size kitchen. Instructions were very good about how to find the place and where to find key. That's about it.
Location was not ideal,. It was very rough area and free parking is a bit distance from the house. Don't feel safe for car. Then I have to carry my stuff all the way to the house which is a bit on lower side of the parking side. Not something I would want to do with my poor back. Room is on the 2nd floor which means to climb two set of stairs with bag and suitcases. Room is OK and clean but bathroom is on the first floor so each time I have to climb down the stairs and the climb back for room. Bath tub has issue releasing wasted water hence dirty water take so long to go while showering. No staff or instructions to inform about the kitchen. I don't want to go through the cupboards as there are other people living in this property. I have booked for two nights but left after one night. It is OK for student or someone who would like to workout but for anyone with health issues I would not recommend this room. Room is actually in a shared house. There are two other rooms which has been occupied by other people /boys. I didn't realise that there would be males living in the same house. It should have been mentioned as I had mentioned that I am a female and I will be staying alone. I didn't feel comfortable because of these reasons and left a night early to go to a hotel near by.

The room was in the middle of a run down council estate with no signage. Took about 20 mins to find once we had arrived at sat nav location.
