Grey Rock Mountain Cabin w/ Jacuzzi

We loved the view and the cottage. The stuff very helpful and the instructions were very clear. We liked that there was a possibility to prepare your own food.

However, we would preferred breakfast to be already cooked, not raw.

The view was really beautiful. And the hot tub was relaxing.

It is not quiet. You could hear the bikes and everything happening from down the mountain. Not convenient at all. The place wasn’t clean. When we arrived the staff was not welcoming, the place was not easy to find too, no road sign or even security at the gate when we got there, we had to figure it out by ourselves.

Amazing location to enjoy the breathtaking views. The lovely ambience of the hills comes out at night and it is a perfect place to rest and recuperate and leave the modern day hustle and bustle behind.

Breakfast options could be improved. Nothing to do with the facility, but neighbouring guests were playing loud music which was annoying. If you are trying to enjoy nature, please leave your loud speakers and music at your home.

9/10 only because there is always room for improvement, although our stay was EXCEPTIONAL! It was the stress free environment we were aiming for and grey rock cabins gave us that. Few hours into our stay, we decided to book an extra night right away because we knew that 1 day isn’t enough. When we arrived we were greeted by the misty fog cause it was drizzling when we checked in. We enjoyed watching it get thicker and witnessing it disappear into thin air. Indeed, it gave us a breath of fresh air away from the city. Everything you see in the picture is as it is, only more beautifully seen by the naked eye.

The jacuzzi was a lovely addition in the cabin the only downside is that, when you want to use it at night the water is already cold because the tank is dependent on solar. It would be better to provide another option for the water supply if possible because it’s nice to have a warm bath at night especially when it gets cold.
