We’ve tried to contact the property to obtain more information, as it would help us better arrange the logistics for our team coming from other regions. However, the response from the property has been very slow. We called with no respond; we texted but no answer. When we inquired about early check-in, their only reply was that it would be subject to additional charges — even for just an hour earlier, the response remained the same. Their lack of responsiveness, coupled with an unfriendly and inflexible approach, makes it challenging for us to work with the property.
