Nádobí bylo špatně umyté a v troubě neumytý plech od brambor. Ve sprše málo světla a chyběla polička na šampon a mýdlo atd.

This is our 2nd time staying at Trinita, we booked it for 25 days. the location is close to everything, it’s clean and cosy. Mr Franco was extremely helpful really we can’t thank him enough for his amazing effort to make us feel at home. The Balcony is the sexiest part of the apartment. Wish there was a grill would have been perfect.

The only issue was the internet stopped working on our last 12 days but then got fixed on our last day.

De moderne inrichting van dit ogenschijnlijk leuk verblijf.

De afwerking en het onderhoud waren net zoals de hygiëne teleurstellend. Haren van vorige bezoekers, vuile voetstappen van de poetsdienst in de badkamer, spinnenwebben in de woonruimte, spotje dat er niet was in de badkamer, haakjes die van de muur vallen, nagels die uitsteken aan de tuintafel, … Een heel mooi verblijf maar jammer genoeg geen onderhoud.

This apartment is spacious, modern, and nicely decorated. The roof deck is a huge plus and having an elevator is helpful with luggage. There are a lot of big windows and it is bright even though you don’t get direct sunlight. It is in a nice location, close to everything yet quiet. The contact person was friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.

One of the bathroom light was not installed and the sink was a bit awkward to use. The bed was a little squeaky. The street is narrow and our taxi driver did not want to go to the actual address and he dropped us off nearby instead. If you use Google map for direction, it will take you to the wrong side of the building.

A very comfortable apartment, perfectly located. Fully equipped kitchen, with an iron and washing machine available. The nearest shop is a 3-minute walk away, with restaurants and cafes just as close. The train station and port are a 15-minute walk. The property manager is very helpful. A great place to stay.

The internet comes and goes and the lift didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue for both

The flat is fantastic And the view of the rooftop is Worth a milion. The host was very helpful and we felt looked after all the time. Very close to Piazza Yenne, which is the heart of Cagliari.
